Step 2: Budget & Planning
A refurbishment scope and budget is prepared along with timelines and contractor scheduling.
Step 3: Refurbishment Delivery
Works are coordinated on site while investors receive regular progress updates, budget tracking and clear communication throughout the refurbishment.
Step 4: Completion & Compliance
Final checks and snagging completed with all relevant building control approvals, safety certificates and compliance documentation provided ready for letting, sale or refinancing.

ABOUT US
Starting my property journey at 18, I purchased and renovated my first investment property in 2013.
Over the past decade I have built experience across multiple strategies including Buy-to-Let, BRR and refurbishment projects, delivering over £1M of renovation and development work.
Today, Project Property works with investors to deliver refurbishment projects across the North East, providing hands-on project management, contractor coordination and clear communication from start to completion.
