THE TEAM
I started investing in property at 18, purchasing and renovating my first property in 2013.
Over the past decade, I’ve built my own portfolio across Buy-to-Let, BRR and refurbishment projects, alongside delivering over £1M of renovation and development work.
Through Project Property, I now work with investors to plan, manage and deliver refurbishment projects across the North East. As an active investor myself, I focus on ensuring projects are completed efficiently, within budget and to a high standard, with clear communication throughout.

Neil oversees refurbishment works across our projects, bringing decades of hands-on experience in property renovation.
With a background in plumbing and a qualified gas engineer, he works closely with contractors on site to ensure projects run smoothly, meet the required standard and are delivered efficiently.
Neil plays a key role in maintaining quality control across all projects and ensuring works are completed to a high standard.
